The Catches on Both Sides
Martialytics: not compatible with GoCardless, which matters for UK clubs collecting by Direct Debit. No family grouping. No true one-off payment — reviewers report a single payment switches auto-renew to that card. No reduced-permission login for assistant instructors. At least one club reported outgrowing features past around 200 members.
Kicksite: reviewers report the attendance scanner is unreliable, which undermines any grading process built on register accuracy. There is no point of sale, so club kit and grading fees taken at the desk live elsewhere. Landing page customisation is limited, and student video uploads cap at 1.5GB.
